Learn the art of dim sum with this  interactive workshop led by Chef Stephanie Teekaram, exploring Dim sum favourites like: shrimp and chicken shao mai, Fried vegetable pot stickers, Spring rolls, Spare ribs, Hoisin Meatballs, Pork steamed buns, coconut Mango Jelly.  We serve our dinner buffet style - accompanied with Wine.
