Day 2: Cupcakes and Cake Pops - Buttercream and Fondant decorating techniques. Explore various techniques of buttercream and fondant coverings with flowers, etc for cupcakes and cake pops.
 
Day 3: Two Tier Buttercream Cake with Gum Paste Flowers - completely decorate and mount a two-tier sponge cakes, and complete with your designed flowers made from gum paste.
 
Day 4: Modern and Traditional Decorating Techniques - explore Palette painting, Ruffles, Swirls, and mixed media buttercream
