Love Bread? Spend four days with our Chef learning how to make and bake incredible bread, turn your passion into a career! 
 
Day 1: Flour Identification, Introduction to Yeast, Gluten, Kneading, Fermentation & Mixing methods, Bread Stages, Basic Farm bread, Shaping, Rolls and Boules
Day 2: Bagels, Pretzels & English Muffins
Day 3: Sandwich Loaves, Pullmans, Pain de Mie & Oatmeal loaves
Day 4: Shaping Practice. Challah and Semolina loaves & Buttermilk Dinner rolls
