A 25 hour masterclass in the art of fondant decorating. You will create this celebration cake from the ground up.
Day 1: Mix, Make, Bake your cakes. Prepare buttercreams.
Day 2: Prepare fondant decorations - flowers, leaves etc. Crumb, comb and cover your cakes with buttercream.
Day 3: Cover your cakes with fondant.
Day 4 & Day 5: Mount and Complete your three-tiered celebration cake and take them home to share with your friends.
