A 25 hour masterclass in the art of fondant decorating. You will create a three-tier celebration cake from the ground up.

Day 1: Mix, Make, Bake your cakes. Prepare buttercreams.

Day 2: Prepare fondant decorations flowers, leaves. Crumb, comb, and cover your cakes with buttercream.

Day 3: Cover your cakes with fondant 

Day 4 & Day 5 : Mount and Complete your three-tiered celebration cake and take them home to share with your friends.
