Anthony Smith is a confection artist specialising in chocolate and sugar. He is currently the Executive Pastry at The Cosmopolitan Club in NYC, Professor of Baking, Pastry Arts and Chocolate classes for the City University of New York. The famous Chocolatier has won numerous awards, medals including 12 gold, 6 silver at the 2009 National Pastry Championship as well as wining the 2012 US Pastry Chef of the YEAR! 
 
Get introduced to new pastry techniques with the Art of Chocolate and Flavour Profiles that will help your creativity for future events! This workshop is perfect for all levels and everything is provided! Learn how to make classic Chocolate Eclairs and make exciting flavours like The Kiss, Raspberry flavoured eclairs, The Passion - passion fruit Eclairs, The Vanilla, Caramel and Pecan Eclair, The Pistachio Orange, Strawberry Eclair!
