This program is designed for anyone who is interested in entering the field of Cake Decorating and Design. From Beautifully designed Celebration Cakes to exquisite cupcakes and cookies, this is one of the fastest expanding fields in the Culinary World. Taught by our Ace Cake Stylist Candice Eligon, this Program offers over Seventy Eight Hours of Hands-On Training.
We begin with the Basics of Cake Preparation and Piping and moves on to explore working with gum paste, and rolled fondant. You will be taught extensive flower making, hand modelling skills and ribbon work.
Classes are held every Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
Tuition includes Uniforms, Learning Materials, All Ingredients and a Personal Cake Decorating Tool Kit. Payment Plans are available.
