A new workshop arrives at The Academy! Learn how to make and then dine with Flatbreads and Spreads! Make a delicious Eggplant dip, Olive Tapenade, Red Pepper Dip, Spinach and Artichoke dip, Crab Dip, Black Bean Hummus, Mexican Spinach Dip, Pumpkin Fluff dip and of course the flatbreads,  Lavash, Matzo, Cinnamon and Laffa! Enjoy it all with red and white wine!
