The Introduction to Culinary Arts is the ideal program for the Chef who would like a Professional Foundation on which to build a career or the Home chef who wants to be the best cook possible.
Your training is classic, relevant, and contemporary. This programs was created to ensure that your investment and your time are both well spent.
The program is designed to teach you proper practice while you learn to execute a fundamental set of Culinary technique and skills. Under the guidance of our Professionally trained Chef/Tuturs, you will explore flavors and seasonings, using the finest ingredients available
At The Academy your kitchen is your classroom. Your learning is hands-on. We deliver practical skills, and explore real life situations. You will learn to use the products that are available to you at home to build your confidence and inspire you in your kitchen. You will taste your way through your program and experience the joy and passion of cooking and preparing International Culinary flavors.
Our program is taught in our Professional state of the Art facility where each student has his own tools, and equipment with with to learn and train.
The program is taught over ten (10) weeks and includes 100 hours of learning and practical training.
Upon Graduating students can proceed to the Advanced Culinary Arts Certificate Program where he/she will explore the next level of culinary Skills.
Classes are held Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm.
Your tuition includes Uniforms. Learning Materials. Tools and Ingredients for the duration of the Program.
