A Recreational Workshop is like a sporting event or a party - when it has passed, it cannot return.

No refunds or credits will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 3 business days) or no-shows.

Be sure to mark the dates on your calendar. If you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place or contact us to see if we have a waiting list. If we have a waiting list, we will TRY to sell your space for you. We do NOT guarantee that we will be able to sell your space. If your space is sold, you will receive a store credit good towards the purchase of future classes.

In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class, cancellations more than 3 days prior to the date of the class, the option of a full refund or to transfer the credits to another class is available. The transfer of credits subject to availability within the class and is valid for THREE months from the date of purchase.

A minimum of 6 participants is required to run a scheduled class. In the event that minimum numbers are not reached, The Academy of Baking and Pastry Arts reserves the right to reschedule the class or refund in full. In the event that the class is rescheduled, participants will be notified as soon as possible (up to 5 days prior) and no later than 24 hours before the class. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrolment standards, to change recipes, to substitute instructors, or to adjust class limits.

The Academy of Baking and Pastry Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning The Academy. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding The Academy, all students will be notified within 24 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided.


A 100% deposit is required to reserve your date

Your final guest count is needed two days before your event, and the balance is due at this time.

Cancellation of a tailored event or dinner greater than 2 weeks prior to the event by the client, a 50% of the deposit is refunded or possibility to reschedule to another date. No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event


All Registration fees for Diploma and Certificate Programs are non-refundable. These payments are applied to tuition fees. Cancellations are non-refundable once the Program has commenced. Students will be allowed to transfer all credits to the same Program within One Year of Payment.
